A series of handouts on plastic related topics has been prepared primarily for the use in schools in Sierra Leone.
For the project Plastic Won’t Reach the Beach, some additional teaching material has been developed.
With the Dutch foundation Technotrend, the Sierra Leone School Green Club will bring students from schools in Utrecht (the Netherlands) and in Sierra Leone’s Western Rural Area in contact with each other and exchange ideas about a circular economy (with a focus of replacing and recycling plastics). This is a project supported by Utrecht 4 Global Goals.
